Bio
I recently graduated from UC Davis with a degree in statistics. During my time as a student, I worked as an IT analyst for LS IT, where I gained valuable hands-on experience at the Service Desk. I learned how to troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues and communicate effectively with users of varying technical backgrounds.
I enjoy the challenge of quickly diagnosing problems and finding efficient solutions for faculty, staff, and students. My technical expertise covers everything from hardware troubleshooting and software configurations to network issues, specialized equipment, and peripheral devices.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing pickleball with my friends, running, and taking care of my plants.
